Une demande en mariage LIVE au mont St-Hilaire - A LIVE proposal at mont St-Hilaire

Comme photographe, nous avons l'unique chance de témoigner les plus beaux moments dans la vie des gens… Notre but est de rendre sur image l'émotion vécue au moment précis où la photo à été prise; le sourire, le regard, la tendresse, l'amour, la surprise… Nous attendions cette séance avec tant d'impatience ! Johan, un ami du secondaire à Stef T. nous a approché avec l'idée de faire une séance de couple avec sa copine et qu'à la fin, il allait lui demander sa main en mariage… devant nos caméras !!!

Pour la première fois en presque 5 ans, nous allions être témoins de l'excitation de ce moment unique et merveilleux ! Johan voulait faire la séance ainsi que la demande en mariage au mont Saint-Hilaire en Montérégie. Quelle bonne idée ! Nous devions jouer notre rôle jusqu'à la fin tout en ayant l'air le plus naturel ! C'était tout un défi, mais oh qu'amusant !

Lorsque le signal a été fait et que nous avons vu Johan déposé un genou par terre, nous avons prit du recul tout en capturant chaque seconde d'émotion. Nous leur avons laissé tout l'espace et tout le temps qu'ils avaient besoin pour savourer ce moment si spécial pour eux. Pas besoin de vous dire que nous avions les yeux plein d'eau !!!

As photographers, we have the unique opportunity to witness the most beautiful moments in people's lives… our goal is to put in image the emotion experienced at the precise moment it was taken; the smile, the look, the tenderness, the love, the surprise… We were so eager for this shooting! Johan, a high school friend of Stef T. approached us with the idea to do a couple session with his girlfriend and at the end, he would ask for her hand in marriage… in front of our cameras!!! 

For the first time in almost 5 years, we would witness the excitement of this unique and wonderful moment! Johan wanted to do the shooting and the proposal at Mont Saint-Hilaire in Montérégie. What a great idea! We had to play our part until the end while keeping our best poker faces! What a challenge but oh how amusing! 

When the signal was done and we saw Johan bending on one knee, we stepped back while capturing every second of emotion. We left them all the space and all the time they needed to enjoy this special moment for them. No need to tell you that our eyes were watery!!!
